Our policy

  • Your comfort is our priority! If a braid feels too tight, please let us know immediately, and we’ll adjust or redo it right away. Payment is due before the completion of your service. All services are final and non-refundable. Please review your hair before leaving the salon. Any adjustments or additional services requested after three (3) days will incur a standard charge.

  • To maintain a calm and enjoyable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you use headphones for phone calls or music during your appointment.

  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during their appointment. If minors are left unattended, full price will apply for any additional changes or services.

  • Please choose your hairstyle carefully. While our stylists are happy to offer suggestions, not every style suits every face shape. Once a service is completed, we cannot exchange one style for another unless there is an issue with the work performed. Any additional services requested will be charged at full price.

  • Clients with hair shorter than 4 inches must schedule a consultation to ensure proper service can be provided. If a booked appointment cannot be completed due to hair length, deposits will be forfeited.

  • Synthetic hair may cause allergic reactions. Adja Hair Braiding LLC and its staff are not responsible for any reactions. If you choose not to keep your extensions due to allergies, you are still responsible for the service cost. Extension removal is not included in the original service. Clients with known sensitivities are welcome to bring their own products or hair.
